About Me

Hey, I’m Terri — a health coach, fitness and yoga teacher, personal trainer, and someone who’s been in the fitness world for 30 years (and still loving every minute of it!). I’m all about helping people feel stronger, move better, and create healthy habits that actually fit real life.
 

I teach fitness and yoga classes, offer personal training, coach people toward healthier habits, and lead wellness retreats where we pause, recharge, and reconnect with what makes us feel good. Whether it’s building strength, moving with more ease, or just finding ways to feel your best day to day, I’m here to make it approachable, supportive, and fun!

I’m a mom of three and I love to move — dancing, hiking, or just being outside as much as I can. I get how busy life gets, and I also know how powerful it is to carve out time for yourself so you can keep doing all the things you love, with energy and confidence.
