How the Program Works

This 10-week program will give you the FEEL GOOD tools – and show you how to use them – to create a stronger, more confident and healthier YOU.

We’ll work together to create the plan you and your body need in order to feel how you want to feel. The program offers a welcoming space, support and accountability. You’ll join a small group, each person with their own unique plan, as we connect via Zoom, Facebook and email at various times during the 10 weeks.

  3. Feel Good Rest – sleep, rest & essential self-care practices.

What Our Time Together Looks Like

  • Feel Good Method Pillars: Knowledge and skills to help you Feel Good! You’ll become familiar with the 6 pillars and how they connect with each other – and with YOU!

  • The Feel Good Live Coaching Calls:  During these sessions we will review the core concepts and check in with the group. You’ll receive the support you need, have your questions answered, connect with others, and share your aha moments.

  • Weekly Support: You’ll receive weekly emails & check-ins to ensure you’re on track. Support and direct access between sessions is also available through email and FB. I’ll promptly answer any questions you may have.

  • Program Materials: Worksheets, templates, videos and other resources to support you as you put your new feel-good lifestyle into practice.

  • Integration Weeks: A time to integrate these practices into your daily life.

  • Private Community and The Feel Good Network:  You're not meant to do this alone!  Join a like-minded community, empowering and celebrating each other.

By the time I reached my 40’s, I thought I ‘had it all’; married to an incredible man, mom to 3 beautiful children, owner of two fitness/yoga studios, and the fit, lean body I always strived for. On the surface my life appeared to be going well, but deep down I felt terrible; exhausted, stressed, sore, unhappy, and burnt out. My healthy habits and lifestyle choices led me to a place that was completely out of alignment with how I wanted to feel, and who I wanted to be. The feel-good lifestyle I worked so hard to create, and share with others, didn’t feel good at all. 

 

It was time for something to change. 

 

Fast forward to the evolution of the Feel Good Method, a methodology based on twenty-five years of experience in the health and wellness world. The Feel Good Method is rooted in the understanding that you need to take a broader, more holistic approach to health - one that looks at your whole-life and the choices you’re making each and every day.

I live in a small town on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia, surrounded by ocean, lakes and forests.  I’m married to a wonderful man, and Mom to 3 amazing kids and 1 rescue fur babe. I’m a certified Health Coach, Fitness Trainer and Yoga Teacher, and I've spent the past 25 years helping hundreds of folks feel better about themselves and their bodies. I work from home and share my passion for a love of movement, community, and a commitment to living a life that feels good for my body, mind, heart & soul.

How long is the program?
This is a 10 week program.
 
How much time is required?

There are 8 on-demand training videos that are between 20-30 minutes in length. The worksheets vary and will take between 15-30 minutes to complete. The 8 live sessions are 75 minutes each.  Total weekly estimate is between 1.5 - 2 hours. The program is designed to fit to YOUR schedule, you decide how much time and energy you have to devote to your feel good lifestyle.

What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the digital nature of the program, the instant access you receive to downloadable content and templates, there are no refunds on The Feel Good Method under any circumstances. All sales are final. If you have any questions about whether The Feel Good Method is right for you, please send an email to terri@t-fit.ca and I am happy to answer your questions. Please ensure that you are making a well informed decision.

What if I can’t make the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and you may indeed complete this program without attending any of the live sessions. However, let's be honest... I am more interested in you transforming the way you show up in the world and the results you achieve than I am in you purchasing a program where you are not really going to do the work. Therefore, if you sign up for the series knowing that you can't make the live sessions, please ensure that you carve out the time you need to focus on watching the on-demand training and the replays. Alternatively, you may decide to make some changes in your schedule so that you can attend a few of the live sessions and receive the most support and accountability available with your time constraints (and we have a whole lot of fun on these live sessions!)

Is there a payment plan?
Yes, absolutely. When you sign up, you have the option to pay in full or choose the payment plan.

Is this program for women only?

No. This program is for all genders.
