Join us this spring and summer for Fresh & Fit — outdoor fitness classes designed to help you feel strong, energized, and ready for everything the season brings! We meet at the beautiful Willingdon Beach (Logger Sports Bowl), moving together in the fresh air, with workouts that build strength, boost energy, and keep you feeling good all summer long (and beyond!).
These low-impact classes (no running, no jumping, no burpees) are designed to meet you where you’re at.
With over 30 years in the fitness world, I know there’s no one-size-fits-all plan when it comes to movement. Everyone is different, and you know your body best. I’ll always offer options to modify or progress every exercise — so you can turn the flame up or down depending on how you’re feeling that day. The key is to listen to your body, work at your own pace, and move in a way that feels good for you.
What to Expect:

A mix of bodyweight and strength & conditioning exercises

What to Bring:

A set of dumbbells - something that feels like a good challenge

A mat or towel for ground work

Water bottle - you gotta stay hydrated

Dress in layers - mornings can be cool
